What is your factory capacity and delivery time?
With two factories and over 200 staff, we produce 200,000 square meters of doors and windows annually. Standard delivery time is 38-45 days after deposit and shop drawings are confirmed.
Do the windows come with glass installed?
Yes, we complete the glass, frame, sash, and hardware installation at the factory. You can install them directly into your wall opening.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame color fading, hardware, and accessories. For German hardware, a specific 10-year warranty is included. We provide immediate replacement for any quality issues.
