Samples are typically delivered within 5-10 days via express services like DHL, UPS, or FEDEX.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Samples take 3-5 days. For bulk orders up to 5,000 pieces, the lead time is normally 20-30 days. Larger quantities can be negotiated.
Do you provide OEM or ODM services?
Yes, we have our own R&D department to handle OEM and ODM requests. Confidentiality is a fundamental standard for these projects.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T or L/C. A 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due before shipment.
